Send me a self-addressed stamped envelope and I will send you zinnia seeds and hollyhock seeds that I harvested last fall, dried and packaged in little paper "parts" envelopes!

I have waaaaaaaay too many for myself and thought you would like to try some of these. I have had amazing results with both the hollyhock and zinnias.

Warning:
1. The hollyhocks are very, very tall and loaded with flowers and the zinnias well the zinnias are a beautiful rose, pink, plummy color-Breathtaking. Both flower types attract a lot of MONARCHS and HUMMINGBIRDS.
2.Be prepared to have "perfect" strangers approach your flower bed and gaze adoringly!

(A "snap" of my zinnias last summer!)

(Finally....found a snap of the Hollyhocks!)

Hollyhocks remind me of my grandma. She used to grow the along the edge of her driveway. My sister and I would make "dancing ladies" out of them (remember those?)!

Gee... I hope I am e-mailing everyone who wanted seeds. If you haven't heard from me-Just give me another nudge and e-mail me again! I don't want to slight anyone-it's just that I've been in a "fuddle" the last couple of days and it might have slipped my mind-I hate getting old.

Melody, zinnias are my very favorite flowers. I saved tons of seeds myself last year and just now threw them all out in a flower bed I just tilled up. Along with alot of other seeds my mom saved from last year too. And cosmos and calendula. I can hardly wait for them all to come up. You are sweet to give all yours away. I'm afraid I am too selfish to part with my seeds. I want zinnias all over my yard. They make me happy!

Just posted a photo taken of my hollyhocks along the picket fence. The colors are muted pinks, soft roses, and a deeper maroon.

Melody, can I ask what color are the holly hocks? The holly hocks I have are white, and very light pink. I was given some red though last fall, I can't wait to plant that.
