Now that our garden is ready for nature to grow, we decided on planting everything Organic....seeds have to be Organic Certified or I won't eat the vegetables. And that's what I said to my DH. LOL.

if you truely want to eat only organic, have your soil tested, and don't use anything in the garden area that could leach any kind of chemicals...just useing organic seeds, does not make the produce organic...
