Is it ok to buy seeds in February. We have seeds to pot now. But I wanted some other ones and some herb seeds too.

Its perfectly fine to buy seeds at this time of year. Most packages have instructions that say something along the lines of "start indoors 6-10 weeks before last frost".......The time frames are different for different parts of the country, but hey, have fun!
