Posted - Dec 19 2011 : 04:46:12 AM Way back last summer, katmom suggested that we save our lavendar clippings (stems) to bundle for firestarters. What a wonderful idea! I had guests ask me what smelled so good OUTSIDE as they arrived at our house.
We have had a burning ban due to bad air conditions, but it was recently lifted, so we will be enjoying Grace's idea for the rest of the winter.
Thanks Grace!!
