Just got my first seed catalog of the season. Thank you sweet baby Jesus all wrapped up in swaddling...

Now, once I find all MY seed...it's in boxes somewhere I'll post what I have and start up some trading!

I'm so excited! We recently moved and my seed catalogs have followed me! :) I've gotten 2 so far! So excited to read through them after Christmas!

Everytime I open my mailbox and seed a seed catalog in the mail, my heart jumps a little! They always brighten my day. It's funny b/c my dream garden sprouts from catalog pages on a cold winter day with a warm cup of tea in my hand:)

Baker Creek Catalog came on Friday, I quickly looked thru it friday night and today, got pen and pad, and have been detailing it. I believe I am ordering from them this year. My hubby has been looking with me some today. He is even making some suggestions. This year I am plowing a row and planting sunflowers. 3 or 4 varities, I am excited. But I want to slow down and enjoy the winter. Happy seed dreaming to all! Linda Farmgirl #946

I've been getting some too! High Country Gardens is my favorite for flowers, because it indicates which pollinators are attracted to each type of plant, and they focus on xeriscape and water saving plantings. Territorial Seeds is my favorite for veggies. We've experienced almost 100% germination from Territorial Seeds. I also love looking at all of the varieties of beans in the Vermont Bean Company catalog.
