Well so much for the fall garden. It has been raining here now for 2 days non stop. We have gotten about 9 inches so far and it is still pouring down. Phone is ringing off the hook for pumpouts non stop. So we are rolling in the money so to speak. I think my tomatoes might make it. I put on my rain coat a few minutes ago and walked out to look at it. All of my Okra is laying over and I think all of my turnips, collards and rutabagas are all washed up. I just planted them so I might replant those we will see. It so funny how things work. We started having some drainfield problems just a few weeks ago. We were fixing to pull a permit so we could install a new one. Yes we still have to pull a $350.00 repair permit even though my DH is a State License Septic Contractor. Well we do need the rain so not going to complain much. My DH is out side in it right now digging some with his backhoe to give us some relief until he can get to our drainfield. He is backed up right now on Drain repairs. I think he has 11 on the books right now to install so it will be a couple of weeks before he can get to ours. Anyways I might replant like I said we will see!

Seize The Day!

Dorinda, sorry to hear that! I hope you can salvage what you have. It must be so frustrating. Connie
