Hey gal friends........saw some 4 foot tall bushes with blue berries on them for $14.95 at Home Depot----however the berries looked small...are there 2 sizes to blue berries?? Would I have luck planting these at this time of year.????Really need your input as I don't have $$$ to waste.

Please gal friends opinions needed........they looked really sturdy----I usually just see little stubby sticks to plant.

Thanks

Beverly

Deborah, is that in Summerville? I am looking for some more bushes but cannot afford $15. $5 sounds a lot better. I have a spot picked out for a row. I was thinking of waiting more toward fall to get any but at that price I might. I know Summerville has Trade Days on Tuesdays now. I guess I just missed it today.

Beverly, I just know there are different varieties of bushes and that you need 2 different ones when you do buy some. And that is expensive. And I have also heard that you need to get smaller bushes so they can acclimate better. I have tried both ways and I have one each that made it this year.

I live in NW GA and we have a swap meet in a small town near me...We just went on Saturday and I saw some bushes the same way but they were only 5.00. Maybe you can find them cheaper at a flea market.

we have moved to our farm...and love it
