Posted - Jul 06 2011 : 08:56:25 AM Very interesting thread...I had never heard of a Vicks Plant...so, I looked up Lisa's web-link. That is very cool! Has anyone ever seen the purple bloom? And does it only grow in dry climates?
If some one can propegate starts I wouldn't mind having one.

Posted - Jul 06 2011 : 08:27:33 AM I would love to have one of those. Where would I find it? Do you bring it indoors during winter?

Posted - Jul 05 2011 : 1:17:20 PM Megan I have one too. It is not a eucalyptus plant. Here it is http://www.plantoftheweek.org/week284.shtml It is very hardy; I put it outside in the summer & inside in the winter. If you would like, I can try to root it & send you a start if it works. |

Posted - Jul 05 2011 : 12:17:45 PM Well the only thing I can think is eucalyptus, but I don't think that is a succulent. That's what is in Vicks though. I dunno. Can you find a picture of it maybe?
