Does anyone know a good way to get rid of cutworms? They sheared off all of my marigolds last year only in one area though.

Check out these links. They may prove useful in combatting cutworms. -Cat

nemotodes, I order them on line. They are fairly expensive. There are 2 kinds one being milky spore which is specifically for japanese beetle grubs. I buy the other one that kills just about everything else. It is a slow process. You put them on in the spring and water them in and they take over but you must follow the directions very closely or they die. I ordered from Arbico organics, online. They come in about 2 days.
I had tried many other things and other than using diazinon which is toxic to everything and will also kill your earth worms, I have'nt found anything else that works.
