Posted - May 17 2010 : 9:11:11 PMi am so hyper i cannot sleep. today i picked up my second solar prism greenhouse. i made payments on it. i bought it used off craigs.it was longer than the one i have. we did not realize it at first. the guys had to work to get it on the trailer. its over 20 feet long. its a preform fiberglass resin one. non toxic. i can not use a plastic greenhouse. when the plastic heats up it makes me sick. these are odor free. they also filter the uv rays inside. the fiberglass works like mirrors. so floor walls and top all get same amount of heat. we will fix it like the other. i have a house direct vent free standing propane stove in it. no fumes. it does an amazing job. so i am so happy tonight. we are going to grow year round in them.i know some of the girls have greenhouses. i have a lot to learn now. i love a challenge. happy days sherrye

Posted - May 17 2010 : 10:28:14 PMi do feel really blessed. my cup runs over. i just went out to close the irrigation ditch gate. we fill our pond on mon. nights. the frogs are so loud it is deafening. they are happy tonight. we just had a flood rain with some hail on a warm desert night. i did my rounds. i was glad all the goaties fit in their loafing shed. maddie and buttercup are each in their stalls.chickens are in a warm house. mr tom turkey takes cover under the rabbit hutch. i went in the green house and listened to the rain. we dont get rain much here. we are too high. its as big as a bedroom. i am going to have tomatoes for sure. wondering if any farmgirls know of a mater that likes greenhouses? i will now need to learn how to grow in there. i know i will do no chemicals. all natural. thats how we do our pond too. its pretty big. pond lillys and snails and marginals. hey thats a thought too. do any of you girls have ponds? or have koi or goldfish? angela i like your sub line so right on happy days sherrye
