Posted - Apr 24 2010 : 4:00:54 PMOur hard driving rain yesterday and then a cold snap (not quite freezing) looks like it might have just been too much for my poor little tomato seedlings to take. Some of them are looking pretty pathetic. I am going to give them all a week to snap out of it though since I know tomatos can send out new leaves even if they loose all of theirs. They are pretty hardy. I just hope they had enough time in the soil to build up some reserves. If not I do have some more seedlings waiting in the wings, but I hate being a plant killer!!
Posted - Apr 24 2010 : 5:24:07 PMPut something over them to give them a heat boost. A milk jug with the bottom cut off and the cap left on will create a private greenhouse for each plant. You can also get some Superthrive and give them some. It always helps my plants.
