I just built new raised beds and added bagged dirt to them and there is weed cloth under them and I am just not seeing worms yet. I know worms are EXCELLENT for the garden so I was wondering if I should add some? What kind should I use? Can I go to the bait shop and buy worms and put those in? What are your thought?

Once in awhile the animals will dig something up, but I usually plant it deep enough for that not to be a problem. If you like, put a large rock over the hole for a week. You can also use some flagstones or bricks to lay over the hole too.

Dawn that sounds like a good idea, but dont the animals dig in your garden when they smell the compost from your kitchen? Or is your garden fenced off in a way that they cant get in?

I bury my kitchen compost directly in to my garden every other day. I've been doing this for several years and boy did it ever make a difference. The worms showed up big time and the difference in my heavy clay soil is amazing. Good luck enticing them in to your garden.

Or go out when it is raining cause they come to the surface & then you can just pick them up! Old fishing trick that my dad taught me!

I do it all the time. Lift up rocks or anything else that's on the ground and I'm sure you'll find plenty!

I would add worms. I read that night crawlers (bait shop) are actually REALLY good for the garden. But instead of buying some I would dig around a bit in the yard to see if you can capture some that are already in your yard. If not then I would buy some from the bait shop. :D
