Posted - Apr 17 2010 : 9:34:38 PM After the neighbor came over and rototilled the garden today, I pulled out my "plan" to see what I should be doing.
I'm kinda biased thinking it's kind of a simple but cool tool. (I've printed it out and have it hung in my kitchen.) But also wondered if anyone else wanted it for themselves. You just need to change the date of the last frost date for your area and the rest should do it's part.

Try it out. Let me know if you have any problems with it. All I ask is that you don't make fun of my last frost date. Good ol' South Dakota and Zone 4 gardening!

Posted - Apr 18 2010 : 11:33:57 AM Glad to hear it. I think I'm going to add a column for each plant variety for how many plants to the square. This my first attempt at the sq ft gardening on a little larger scale so I was struggling with remembering without running in the house to look it up. Good day to be in the garden!

Posted - Apr 18 2010 : 06:32:32 AM Love the idea! I think I'm gonna make one up for next year to post beside my calander and garden sketch. My DH and girls are always asking 'when do we do this or that' and the chart would help with that. Thanks!
