Posted - Mar 10 2010 : 09:01:27 AM Susan you can take and cook your rhubarb down, then blend it smooth. Put in kool aid, can add orange juice, 7Up, whatever you like. Makes a great tasting drink and good for ya. I mix in elderberry juice in ours.

Posted - Mar 09 2010 : 08:51:21 AM Beautiful!! We're getting some this year. Hubby loves loves loves rhubarb! I traded some recipes for a few bags of frozen rhubarb. Another friend gave us a great recipe for rhubarb cream pie. We added frozen berries, and it was delish!!

Posted - Mar 09 2010 : 07:42:36 AM I've still got frozen rhubarb, good thing because we still have over a foot of snow on the patch! We had to move our rhubarb 2 years ago, I thought we'd have a down year but it seemed to enjoy a change of scene and grew like crazy, so we still have some frozen.
I'm thinking of making a rhubarb/raspberry crisp today. What do you like to do with yours?
I was at a wedding, years ago. They had a beautiful pink punch, at the first sip I realized it was Rhubarb Punch, now that was a punch with a PUNCH! I haven't seen or heard of that since.

Posted - Mar 09 2010 : 07:32:55 AM Kris, I wish I did. I just have the one plant. I planted it last spring and forgot all about it. This is the first sight of it I've seen.
