I'm excited (and nervous - I've never moved this much soil before) for my soil delivery. I can finally fill up the raised boxes I built and start my spring planting. I hope my back and shoulders can handle moving that much soil!

Kimberly, don't forget to lift with your knees!!! :)
I am jealous too, we still have 2 feet of snow on the ground, and I am anxiously waiting to see if I will at least be able to plant my peas on St. Pat's Day!
Have fun!

I moved about half of it and decided to save the rest for tomorrow. I still had enough oomph for some weeding and such but the hot bath sure was nice!

Oh Annika, I am soooooo out of shape! lol
I'll definitely be taking those breaks. It will probably take me two weeks to move it all!

I'm envious too! We had a good frost this morning and next week, we could get down in the 20's with snow, darnit! I have moved that much soil...lordy, the back aches...I forgot to take frequent back breaks.
I think you are quite a bit younger than me and will do just peachy just take those breaks!

I am SOOOOO jealous! I wonder how much longer I have to keep breathing on the snow tro try and enourage it to melt faster!?
