Does anyone know how to dry corn to use for grain mills? I really want to plant Indian corn this year and dry it for my tortillas but don't know how to do it. Thanks!!

This was recited by an indian woman named Buffalo Bird Woman. IT IS GREAT. I learned so much, and it was very interesting, anyway she discusses drying corn, squash and beans, and how to shell them and cook them. Facinating.

I'm not sure - but I know that www.dryit.com has some great information and wonderful dryers - you might want to check that out.

XOXO, Libbie
