Next time you're at Lowes,or Home Depot,and you need potting soil,look for the bags with holes in em. Find a supervisor and/or manager & ask him how good a deal he'll give you to purchase the bags with holes in em. I've gotten potting soil at nearly 50% off just because of the holes. And-they bring you a clean plastic bag & place the torn bag into it so it won't make a mess on the way home. Learned that from my local news last year & it works!

That's a great idea, Lowe's always gives us a 10% discount because we are retired military. I never thought to ask for discounts on potting soil. Thank you for thaat idea
