Posted - Feb 08 2009 : 06:18:00 AM Baker Creek Heirloom Seeds 9th annual spring festival. I'd love to go, but it's about an 8 hour trip for us. Not sure if hubby will be able to make the trip - no vacation time. But here's the info in case anyone here is interested. Sounds like a fabulous time!

Posted - Feb 08 2009 : 12:25:05 PM I just saw in their seed catalog that camping there is free! You just pay your admission into the festival. (I'm looking around for a fishing lake for the hubby - to entice him into going.)

Posted - Feb 08 2009 : 07:59:59 AM I highly recomend the Baker Creek festival. We have attended the last 3 years and so worth the trip. We are about 4 hours away and do a one day trip. We love talking to the plant growers and do a lot of shopping and visiting. The entertainment is great and they have wonderful speakers. Can't say enough good things about the festival and Baker Creek. |
