Posted - Feb 04 2009 : 6:49:59 PM I tried starting them from seed last year, and none came up, the seed was expensive, don't know if the soil was wrong, or heat or light or what, but, DH said no more...![](icons/icon_smile_cool.gif)

Posted - Jan 30 2009 : 6:02:47 PM I've heard of them, but never seen one. African violets aren't really a very big plant to begin with. I'll bet the minis would be perfect in a terrarium with fairies or something.

Posted - Jan 30 2009 : 3:52:21 PM Love the minis! Care is same as full-sized violets. Would love to have one right now -- in the midst of this cold, white winter, a mini dose of violet cheer is needed.

I would love to find another. Diana
