My fall veggie garden is being ravaged by squirrels!! I can't shoot the darn critters because of being inside the city limits. You would think that the dogs would keep them away, but no they would rather sunbathe then guard my food.

Any suggestions for saving my fall veggies from the rodents?

I have learned to co-exist here with our squirrels and chipmunks. It's the woodpeckers that drive me nuts. I have a beautiful black & white striped one with a bright red head that keeps pecking outside my bedroom window. I can't tell you how many times I've gone outside & yelled at the little pecker to leave my house alone!

Well I can one up that! We have a squirrel eating our porch , and our shed. Yep, eating it and licking it. Never seen anything like it. Since they are painted were worried he's killing himself. Not sure what to do about it
