Anyone else growing Okra. I am still harvesting from the okra plants. I can't wait for the first gumbo this fall. What other dishes do y'all make with okra? Does any know how to pickle okra? Thanks for any comments.

Hi Diana:
I'm in Louisiana. Okra grows super good down here. Thanks for the lead. I'll check it out.

The blue book from Ball jars has about everything that you would ever need in the canning frezing drying and all things preserving. I wopuld love to grow okra but don't have a long enough season.
