when i started to order the medium one and she told me about the small. what she didnt tell me is that, unlike the medium, this one is plastic instead of metal and it will NOT make compost in 2 weeks! this one takes 6 weeks. with our short summers that is a real problem. their anwer was to order the bigger one and they would pay the shipping back for the first one but i would have to pay shipping for the new one! the shipping would end up a total of over $200!! she also had a terrible attitude! i am calling back today and will speak to a supervisor and see if i can get any better help. peace connie in alaska

Just out of curiosity connie, how do you handle the bear situation with your compost?
