Have any of you tried or grown this? A friend gave me some from her csa share basket and said "You are supposed to stuff them". That was it, so I took them home scooped out the center and put chopped tomato, herbs and fresh mozarella inside and baked covered with foil for 20-30 minutes. Oh my gosh talk about good! That could have been the entire meal with a little italian bread and dipping oil/herbs. I must get some more! I wonder if they freeze well pre-stuffed? If you can get them, try them, it's definitely a new twist on zucchini!

with a happy heart

Hi Bramble, My local organic farm "Serendipity Farms" has these. I got three and could not use them right away so I shredded them for bread and froze them. I will have to see if she has any more.
