Posted - Apr 16 2008 : 05:42:36 AM I think that you should plant them too. But if the tomato came from a store it is a hibrid and might. Each seed could revert to a different tomato type. It would be inteeresting to see what happens.

I put it in the compost bin in the garage, think the worms consumed it before it sprouted anymore, though. It had been on the counter for a week or more when I cut into it.
