I'm so excited! My rose bush has a rosebud on it. It'll be blooming in a couple of days! I live in Portland. Talk about miracles!

no, I have never heard of Eagle Lake.
I'm up in North Florida near the Gulf of Mexico/panhandle area.
Closer to places like Tallahassee, Pensacola and Dothan,AL areas.

that's cool. my rose bushes were blooming in December here..and that happened after transplanting them a few weeks prior.
but it is neat to see things like that happen.
one year I had a ton of marigold seeds and I spread them on the ground in late October. I had marigolds blooming all winter long. It was pretty neat. Especially during the gray/dull days.(and yes, we get those too even in Florida)
