I'm so sorry to everyone that I had promised to send a quart to. I checked all 5 of my patches and found 3 more patches while hiking and the berries either dried up on the bush or the bears flattened and stripped them. I did not find a single berry within 30 miles in any direction. I'm so bummed. It was just a really bad water year and the poor bears are starving.

Hoping next year is better.

Well, that is good to know, Susan. I will have to get some to get us through this next year. Now, you just have to convince your other family members to do the same. Here's to healthy bears!

Hi Liszmarie: When I talked to you on the telly I told you that I would let you know how my elderberry capsules were working. Well, it's been about a month or longer since I started taking them and I didn't get my grandsons flu! Sorry you can't find any berries but the bears who ate them will probably be very healthy this winter! Thanks for the heads up on this wonderful herb! Hugs to you, Susan

I know we have had problems here too.

hmmmm. Go figure. Think our bears have been coming over there? Just kidding. That's really odd that they didn't even produce. I guess this means that IF we can find them in the store they will be REALLY expensive!

Ya know, Lisa I can't find any around here either. I have some on my property and they did not produce at all this year and we've been wet. So???? MB
