I am so excited to report that when I weeded the little bed where I planted sweet annie plants last year (from a farm girl of course!!)there are lots of little seedlings. I had to make sure by pinching a little piece off one..yep!! I am so so excited and hope it gets huge and makes my whole patio smell like that....I LOVE Sweet Annie!!!

I'm so glad they done well for you Jenny!!
I had stressed at the beginning of spring, I thought mine didn't come back.
But they have, just not as abundant as usual(I have a post on my blog, with a picture)
I am going to save some seed this year, just incase!!

Here in NJ Sweet Annie (Artemesia annua) grows wild and I mean WILD! It will reseed itself in the most unlikely nooks and crannies and you are constantly finding it springing up in strange locations (there was a really good patch at the 7-11 last year! We tend to get plenty of rain most years but it grows in drought as well. Have fun watching it spread! The kids call it the bubblegum plant because that's what it smells like to them!
