We have no Active Wildflowers with a birthday or anniversary this month. But please let me know if I missed someone.

An October day to celebrate. Did anyone bob for apples as a kid? We did and I don't know that I ever managed to get one! Lol.

Ooh! Good trivia, Denise.

I don't think I had the courage to actually bob for apples, but we have a couple loaded orchard trees and soon-to-be overflowing rain barrels with a storm in the forecast. Maybe Fallon and I can give it a go today... But my more realistic plan is to toast at dinner with sparkling apple cider ;)

I never tried it, but I was always curious if anyone ever really got an apple. It looks like it's impossible!
