Great pictures, Karen.
Denise-keep us posted on how your crow befriending goes. My grandfather had a pet Magpie. He was injured and was being picked on in the backyard. SO, he made a cage-like cover out of a frame and chicken wire that mounted on my grandmother's step system to hang her laundry. He loved being outside and still chatting with other birds. He was even able to come in the house a time or two.....I am not sure the idea was my grandmother's! I loved going to their house every Saturday morning and visiting him....and then come lunchtime, I loved sharing my peanut butter and jam sandwich with him. Perhaps PBJ may win you a new crow-friend! LOL |
