| We are on the road and just came through some major rain when the battery light came on and a bunch of other lights. We made it to an auto parts place so hopefully can get a new battery to replace and be on the road again. |

| Well we didn't make it a whole lot further before we found the alternator is the problem so they can't get to it today. |

| We had our nephew pick us up and we spent another night with the family. They got the car fixed today. |

| Denise, I am sorry to hear that you had car trouble on your trip to visit your nephew and family. That is so frustrating! Glad that it got fixed today and hopefully it won't give you any more trouble. |

No Linda, it is the same vehicle we had when you were here. Everything is electronic and when one thing goes all the systems stop working as well. There is really no warning that something is going on until it is happening. Was really only one issue, the alternator, I happened to be driving so didn't really know what to do when it started shutting down. It didn't stop running but all the other stuff stopped working and it could no longer shift without kicking in the turbo which is dangerous when other cars are around. All these different lights came on to tell us and the systems were no longer functioning. For example the anti lock brake system and forward collision were the first to come on. It was pouring rain when it started to so we took the first exit which thankfully was close.
So that was the end to our Easter weekend. But we were able to spend some extra time with the family. JT just had to call in work and let them know. Fun times! Lol |

| Denise I am so sorry for the car issues. I know they can be so stressful, especially when you are traveling. hopefully nothing else will transpire. I hope you had a wonderful visit. |
