I wanted to save Jami’s response to my question “What Does it Mean to You to be a Wildflower close to last as she spoke to all of us so Elegantly and just so heartfelt. She made me cry again as I reread it today:

Being Texan, I know how we hold our wildflowers to high esteem. Our Bluebonnets and Indian Paintbrushes are not only beautiful, but thrive by being tough. Just like them, I see so much beauty and toughness in our Wildflower Gals. I see a group of beautiful, talented, tough and hardy women. I see a variety of women that are free & wild and not afraid to be tossed about or feel the need to conform ....they can survive most anything!
They are unique & independent, & can take care of themselves. They add such richness and color to my world. As hardy as they are, they are aiso tender, delicate in their kindness and generous too. Just like a package of wildflower seeds, we are a very diverse group that can teach each other so much about blooming. There is no pretense or vanity...just natural beauty and an abundance of love. I'm very proud to be amongst such a lovely group of "Sisters" that aren't competitive or the type to crowd others out. Wildflowers make room for more and feed off each other in a way that helps the rest thrive too. Thanks for adding such beauty to my life.
Jami Bolton

Thank you Jami for making all of your “Wildflower Sisters” feel so Special.

Big Hugs,
Debbie

Wanda Sue, every response so far ( I have a few more to post) touched me so and we’re spoken from each of your hearts. But, there was something about Jami’s, hard for me to put into words. Innocent and spoken like a True Texan, maybe that’s it.
Again thank you all.

Big Hugs,

Jami is unable to post right now but she wanted me to say Thank ya and to add:

I should’ve also said how I love that we’re so like a family or best friends, no matter if we speak daily or few times a year, we are so comfortable that we can just pick up where we left off ! I love that too. I can honestly tell people, that even tho it’s online, I have truly made friends that I can absolutely say are my BEST FRIENDS.
I’m so happy & grateful you are one of them.

Thank you Jami.

I agree with what Karen said - diverse but similar - makes each of special but together we're amazing :) Thanks for sharing these Debbie!

And here is Debi Carr’s:

Although I am new to the wildflowers, I have been in the sisterhood for ten years. I am so happy to be a part of this henhouse, I felt accepted by all from the jump. It's a great opportunity to "meet " people from all over and correspond with fellow sisters. It also feels so good to be a part of the swaps and exchanges.
You know that warm fuzzy feeling you get when you receive a package knowing someone took their time making something especially for you.
Thank you all for your kindness and loving sister hearts!

Thank you Debi for being a part of our bouquet.

Big Hugs,
Debbie

Exactly right Debi Carr, it IS a warm fuzzy feeling to receive even a card and know that someone took the time to show they care. Most of my friends and family have even stopped sending Christmas cards or Birthday cards. They just don’t get how much just a note can brighten your day. That’s what makes the Sisterhood so much sweeter.

It’s so true! When my girls were young (they are 34 and 32) the number of Christmas cards we would receive every year would fill the back of our front door. Not so much any more. Unless of course you count my Farmgirl sisters! :) lol. I have a special display for my MJF cards!

On a side note…I did this the first time in 2022 but have decided to do it again this year. I call it Happy Mail Monday or Mail it Monday. I have given myself a challenge to send at least one card every Monday all year long. I have a tracker in in my planner. It helps me organize when I need to send birthday and anniversary cards but also is a great way to reach out to friends! :)

And Here is Darlene’s:

Being a Wildflower and a Farmsister has been very rewarding for me, I love all the friends I have made while in Henhouse and on the Farm.
Being a Wildflower has given me more special sisters and awesome friends who are loving, creative, entertaining and Fun.
My Farmsisters have been Thoughtful and encouraging as I have gone through my ordeals with my knee during my emergency and while in the rehab places. They are loving and willing to help if needed. I am in two Henhouses and I love both Henhouses. Thankyou all for all being my friends and very special sisters to me. You keep me strong and I know you all really care about me and everyone here in Wildflowers Henhouse!
You are very special to me.

Thank you Darlene.

Big Hugs,
Debbie

And here is Marcy Lundy’s;

I probably can't answer this as well as the others because as you know I just joined. But it meant the world to me just to be asked. I already feel so welcome and feel like I am part of the group. Being a part of this is going to give me a chance to get to know some of my farmgirl sisters better. I love the fact that we share pictures of ourselves even though I always RUN from cameras/ It's so nice putting faces to names. It helps me to feel that I am not so alone. Thank you again for thinking of me. hugs, Marcy

Thank you Marcy.

Marcy was a first time grandma last year so she spends all her time with the baby. She is just so happy to be a Grandma.

Big Hugs,
Debbie

This has been so wonderful Debbie, reading every one’s responses. Makes me feel so connected to you all. There is so much love and respect and encouragement in this group of friends. We are spread all over the world yet share a kinship that is so special. Thank you for inviting me to be a part of the Wildflower Henhouse.

I have been in the Wildflowers henhouse since Erin was hen hencho and I have to say it has never been so active or had such a spirit of commaraderie or closeness as it has since Debbie became our leader.
Thank you Debbie for all you pour of your love and energy in this group.
