Sounds great Krista!

I earned 2 more badges - the beginner level of birds and what's your beef. I have 4 books from the lending library I'm working my way through. 2 are great reads. One puts me to sleep LOL! The other I haven't gotten into yet.

Heather, I have 5 more to add to our total: EXP jewelry making, BEG blogging and all 3 levels of Nellie Make Do. I think I know which book is putting you to sleep….haha!

I have 4 to add: Int. bees, and beginner for water conservation, emergency preparedness, and heirlooms forever.

We really did great this week!!!

Debbie - nope! That book is no where on my list LOL! I was having a very hard time with the heirloom book. It has a lot of good information but my body thought sleep was more important than reading about plants. I can read a 514 page James Patterson book in 2 days, but that one took a bit to get through. The bee book and the horse book are fantastic though. I had no trouble with them. The scrapbook one is up tomorrow. Luckily there are only a few chapters required for that one, not the entire book. I'm not sure reading about preserving things is going to be so fantastic. Your sewing projects are wonderful! I am amazed at that tree skirt. I'm not sure why but I'm intimidated by quilting projects. I love the angel bracelet too! (I have a bit of a thing for bracelets).

Christine - I read that you think the purple candles are kind of a flop, but I like the way the colors didn't blend together. Purple and black is one of my favorite color combinations! Have fun with the spring cleaning and going green! I did a lot of those last spring. Not nearly as difficult as I thought it was going to be.

Adding 10 badges to our total!!!

And it took me forever to get started on it! I don't know why - I can sew just fine. Love to do it. I'm going to be making a mini quilt soon though. Judith makes such wonderful little quilts with her scraps and she sent me a pattern book for FGOTM. I think I have the one picked out I'm going to make. And I think I'm going to make it out of scrap Christmas fabrics. I just have to stop starting other projects and make myself get started. Even the little ones intimidate me LOL!

I am working on a grandmother's flower garden quilt. Just started cutting the squares to do the paper piecing. It's going to be awhile I'm sure because it is mostly done by hand and it's my first try at paper piecing. I sill have a project to finish for a badge so will work on that in between when I get tired of doing the hexagons.

Those are beautiful, Denise! I’ve never done one but have always admired them. It’s a perfect project to take with you when you might have to sit and wait somewhere.

Way to go girls all of you are doing amazing things for badges. Have fun quilting Heather and Denise, I loved making each of my quilts over the years. But, I can not do it anymore.
