We had a great time at Quilt Festival - we took one of our quilty friends with us and met up with two of our friends that we met on our Norwegian cruise. We shopped, ate great food and saw some beautiful quilts.
It is the 50th anniversary for International Quilt Festival so the main exhibits were patriotic quilts. They had them hanging from the ceiling and they were just so beautiful.
Here are a couple more of my favorites :)
The details on this advent quilt are just amazing!
I love that this is made of log cabin blocks - now I'm on a hunt for the pattern!
Every year there is a competition where you buy a pack of fabric at the show and make a small quilt based on the theme. This year was Poppies and the quilts were just beautiful.
I have so many more pictures but wanted to share a few with you all.
Hope you have a wonderful weekend - we are headed up to East Texas to celebrate Caroline's 3rd birthday!
