Wow, first the total eclipse and now the northern lights in the backyard.

Gorgeous!! Even being in the city, we could see them from our backyard! :) So cool!

We couldn't see them from our house - tooo many lights around the neighborhood. Lots oof friends in other states, like you'all, saw them, though. Beautiful pictures. And -- they were even brighter than when we were in Alaska, and they are usually more prevalent there.

I missed seeing them last night here, I didn’t know what time to look either.

Some one took a lot of pictures, here is one of them.

Have a good evening and
Happy Mother’s Day, tomorrow!

I missed the eclipse due to it being a cloudy day. Missed the northern lights because I had no idea to look! I did see some beautiful pictures. Just amazing!

I guess from a friend in church who got out and took some beautiful photos, told me it started at around 11:00 pm here in California.
I fell asleep.
Rats!
Beautiful photos though!

We saw some Northern Lights when on the Alaskan Cruise, however, it seems we missed some of the best times. Many passengers got better pictures because they went earlier or later than we did, or on another day. I wish the ship would have announced when they were visible. LOL!

WOW!!! This year, Florida was not in the path for the northern lights or the eclipse to see anything spectacular. What has been shared is stunning!
