I am already for St. Patrick’s Day, I have a few decorations up and I have my Guiness Beer, Corn Beef and all I fixins. I can not wait!

Not quite ready here. I'm looking through old recipes for some family favorites to celebrate the day! I do have my decorations out though. I hadxthem out as soon as I put away Valentines decor. |

I found this meal prayer in a series of books I read a month or so ago. Can I remember t the name or author of the books, no I can not.
We say this Irish Blessing at every meal now.
May you always find nourishment for your body at the table.
May sustenance for your spirit rise and fill you each dawn.
And
May life always feed you with the light of joy along the way.
My corn beef is cooking it smells so yummy!
This is my meal exactly, except mine does not look that pretty when u put it on my platter:-)
