| I think today is the perfect day to start the Relaxation badge. Things have been less than relaxed around here due to some less than ideal situations and I am definitely feeling a bit of strain. |

Sounds like the perfect time for relaxation, Hannah!
Also, if anyone is interested there is a mindful mediation badge. The beginner level you can use a guided meditation. I haven't done it recently but in the past I loved to lay on my yoga mat (you can sit or lay anywhere) and listen to these guided meditations: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLb09q0R7gAwQ3ou1lUWZcJZEtgNeoJNJf
If you're into yoga they have a bunch of those videos also. Just know she was training to by a gymnast and is 1000 times more flexible that is humanly possible LOL! |

| My granddaughters had a whole bunch of Barbies lined up on their gymnastic mat so they could watch the girls do their gymnastics. Hazel picked one of them up and bent her into a pretzel and asked if I could do that…. I was like, No! Are you crazy??? She asked why not??? Ah, to have the flexibility and confidence of a 3 year old…. |

| I got to thinking last night about WHY did I post that story where I did? I was thinking of Heather’s yoga comment and then my brain moved onto my yoga mat and that moved onto the gym mats….good grief! I need to get out! I’ve been cooped up for WAY too long!!! |

I received my renewal mail from MJF and this year they sent a sweet embroidered tea towel.
It gave me an idea to embroider my merit badges (when I earn them) and then create a quilted wall hanging using the tea towel embroidery as the center piece. Will definitely be a work in progress but just wanted to share the inspiration.
