I'm really excited that you did this!!
I've heard that our soul never ages, just our body. That's why we still feel young on the inside. Kind of like my inside voice is telling me that I can still do those splits...and my body will ask me if I've lost my mind???? hahaha |

You can do splits Debbie Klann? :) :) you are agile l never could do them. Did you dance.
Yep I agree with this minds do stay younger most of the time! I used to walk everywhere and I miss that with my knee surgeries but I know I can do it if the weather behaves!
Purple is a beautiful color for any age I think.

| Darlene, I used to be able to do splits on both legs back in my younger days. I was on our high school dance team. I still feel like I should be able to do them! I'll practice and we'll see! |

| I was never able to do them either. And I took gymnastics when I was little and was a cheerleader in school so I've done lots and lots of stretching. I recently (last year I think) decided I would do yoga and see if that would allow me to do them (not sure why I felt the need to be able to do the splits LOL). Turns out I learned an important fact - some people can never do the splits no matter what they do. It has something to do with how your bones and muscles develop. I figured since I can roll my tongue that would be my special talent instead LOL! (I didn't know until I was older that not everyone could do that. Boy was it hilarious to watch my grandma try!!!) |
