I'm just catching up on this! I LOVE the above Susan Branch picture. She is one of my favorite artists! I collect anything of hers I can get my hands on. Lol! Did you guys know that she has a website and an e-newsletter that you can sign up for? Very worth it. I get very excited when one pops up in my emails.

Loving all the Spring pictures and talk of flowers emerging. Our early blooms are starting to peak out here as well!

Oh yes Hannah Susan Branch is Anazing! I have everyone of her books. My son Kent actually met her at a book signing to have my book signed. I was sick and could not go. Love her Willard.

Big Hugs,

Aw, Debbie, I am sorry you didn't get to meet her. See seems like she would be such a joy to talk to. But I am glad Kent was able to go in your place! I know she hasn’t been featured since I began reading MJF, but I wonder if she ever has? She seems like a perfect candidate!

Yes, I get Willard everytime she puts one out. I have just about all her books. Love her art work.

As well as Karla Dornacher. I have all her books as well. I have given lots of them as gifts.

Oh yes, please, Karen! And any other of you ladies as well. I am a sucker for lovely artwork.

Denise, Susan Winget is a good addition! Isn't she the one that draws a lot of birds?

I also love Marjoleine Bastian, she does lots of birds, animals, and nature. Hallmark stores carried her products, and now I follow her online.

Wanda, I didn't know she was still around! I will have to follow her as well. Does anyone remember an artist that drew the most fanciful animals in medieval clothing? I think her last name might have been Palmer, but I don't remember for sure.

I had so much Marjoleine Bastian stuff when I worked at Hallmark. I can't believe 10 yrs has past since they close our two little stores. I miss all the fun we used to have there.

They are still around. The ones where I worked were privately owned and when the economy started getting bad they decided it was best to close. I don't miss all the work at the holidays though. That kept us hopping.
