Good morning, it does seem we mark things by big events but the joy comes from the everyday things, the journey.

Simple, every day joys! Cats purring, candles glowing, Olive (the French bulldog) cuddles, a clean house, a national championship football game, family dinner, brownies for dessert! :)

Good morning everyone, enjoy your day and keep your fingers crossed for me.
We have a very good chance of getting snow tonight, here on the coast of SC.

Wanda!!! Are you out building a snowman?? I saw last night that NOLA got 8” of snow! There were some people out walking and playing in it, it was their first time in the snow. It was fun to see everyone enjoying it…young and old :)

Good morning Wildflowers!!! This is exactly what happened to us this morning, woke up to a different world.
We went to bed with the snow slowly falling and only had a dusting, then woke up to three inches of beautiful snow.
I will post pictures later. Debbie Klann I haven’t been out yet, it’s only 28 degrees, so just enjoying watching the birds right now.
The high today is only 38 so it’s not going anywhere fast. Enjoy your day ladies, whatever you do.
Its kind of crazy seeing a palm tree in the snow.

A day hemmed in prayer is less likely to unravel.

Wow Wanda. A palm tree in snow is definitely a different sight. It's-4 here with the wind chill of -16. I don't gave to go anywhere until tonight.

Good morning Wildflowers, I hope you have a happy day that feeds your soul.
I don’t know about you, but I’m happier in a setting like this, than a summer day on the beach. I do love a walk on the beach, But……
A nice hike through the trees, especially on a cooler day, makes my heart and soul very happy!
How about you? Which do you prefer?

A day hemmed in prayer is less likely to unravel.

I'll take the mountains! I do love the beach but the beach just taunts me and when you have to slather on sunscreen every hour it's not as enjoyable.
