Is there a way we can start a monthly group chat where we share our merit badge goal for the month, see if anyone else is working on that badge, have a way of staying accountable for that badge, etc. It could be anyone who wants to participate can and not a requirement. I just think it would be helpful for me to have a place to come each month and put into the universe what I am working on and how it is going. I may actually accomplish some merit badges that way lol! Let me know if any of you may be interested.

We had one started last year where everyone who was interested participated. Thank you Krista for starting one for the New Year.
There are a few of our Wildflowers who are interested and working on them.

I would totally join in on sharing and encouraging!

I turned in three badges last night. All three levels of the civics challenge (#26) in Each Other. It just took time to find the answers I didn’t know. Lol

I have a few other things to get accomplished first but I do want to get back into earning badges. I will also be a good cheerleader when I'm not able to work on them LOL! I think I need to make it my goal to apply for all the one's I've done before I start anything else. I'm terrible at apply for them!

Okay - Quick question - should I wait until I've completed all three levels to submit? Or just submit as I complete each level?

For accountability :) here are the 12 I've sent as a goal for this year:

Shopping Green (watch for a shopping bag swap coming soon)
Recycling
My Fair Farmgirl
Her-story
Lost Art of Letter Writing
Herbs
Let's Get Physical
Candlemaking
Mindfulness Meditation
Nellie Will-do (I've chosen Swedish Huck Weaving)
Cross-Stitch
UFO's

I'd better get busy!!

Laura, you can apply for each level. There is a section on the form where you will choose which level it is. You will only receive one badge. Each level you earn is marked with a stitch around the badge. Hope that makes sense. I have earned 9 badges so far, but don’t have the expert level in any of them yet. :)

Maybe I should jump on and host a bag swap before you can get there! Lol. I’m kidding! I just need my expert level with Shopping Green.

I started January off with a bang and earned/turned in 6. Since then I haven’t really done much. I need to check my list to get myself going again.

Krista, how’s it going for you? :)

I have been hard at work! I have earned 6 so far and have several more in various stages of completion with several more than that, even, on my waiting list. That being said, life takes up more time than I like, so hopefully I can keep my focus.

How about the rest of you Wildflowers? Any big projects?

Well I haven't worked on any badges recently. I really need to carve out some time for that. I will probably start with the unfinished projects badge since I seem to have those in abundance. Will see after that.

I have finished one badge and turned it in. I have another badge finished but haven't applied yet. And then I am working on 3 other badges at the moment. I am hoping to have a better month this month with knocking them out.

Instead of getting on here yesterday I took the little bit of time I had and finally applied for a few badges that I've completed. I still have a few more to apply for but I made some progress LOL! I'm not sure why the applying part is so hard for me to get done.

That sounds like the reason LOL! I'm on here again instead of applying for more :)
