I know some of you are not experiencing the cooler temps of Fall yet. But whatever Fall brings to you enjoy! We had 55 degrees this morning with a high of 65 today. Yesterday was a high of 93 and I am hoping that is our last hot day. The rest of the week we won't be out of the 60s. JT and I are headed to the Country Apple Fest this weekend. Will be nice to have cooler weather for it. I am celebrating by hanging my Fall wreath up I have already decorated inside. A few more touches outside today. |

Heading to California today - we are at the airport waiting for our flight. They seem to be getting cooler temps than Texas' 90+ temps. Lol.
CArrying the quilts with us and out wedding attendance clothes. Need to buy shoes tomorrow for tomorrow nights dress. Lol! Planning ahead? Why? Lol! |

| Our motel is in Sunnyvale, CA. The wedding is in or near Menlo Park, CA. Weather is quite a bit more comfortable than in Texas. LOL! |

Linda, safe travels and have a good time!
Every year at this time, I wish I lived further north and could have signs of cooler days and color in the leaves. Florida will be hot and swampy til late November. The migrating birds will be so happy to arrive in warmer skies and plenty of food. Our acorns from the Laurel oak in the back yard are now falling everywhere. The squirrels have been busy and happy eating them and burying them in the yard. |
