Yes we are at the beach in SC for a few days and ate at our favorite seafood restaurant.

I've never been to either state - are the beaches better in SC versus NC?

In my opinion SC beaches are better as far as the shoreline. NC beaches have a steep drop off whereas SC is flat with a gradual slant. Stay South of Myrtle Beach though, too crowded and congested. There are several large campgrounds that are ocean front that also offer cabin rentals, along with two state parks. Our favorite is Huntington Beach State Park which is between Murrells Inlet and Pawleys Island.

A day hemmed in prayer is less likely to unravel.

Oh, we love Huntington Beach Wanda Sue! We use to go there y arts ago when we were stationed in Savannah GA another favorite place of ours. Plus some of the best seafood places were off the beaten path, just local mom and pop places. Oh, how I miss the good ole
Days:-)

Good to know! I never would have guessed that there would be a big difference. But I should have known - there's a HUGE difference in the terrain from here to the other side of the state of OH. We're flat as a pancake here and there's amazing hills on the east and south side of the state.
