Have you ever stopped to think that every burden we face is due to a blessing?
It's true.
If you have dirty dishes in the sink, it means you had food to eat.
If you have a load of laundry to be washed, it means you have clothes to wear.
If your car needs repair, it means you have transportation and places to go.
If you fall and scrape your knees, it means you were walking around on legs.
If you're grieving the loss of a friend, it means you have loved and been loved.
If you have toys scattered across your floor, it means you have little ones to enjoy and to influence.
It's so easy to see only the burdens of life. We all have them. But we should never fail to remember and give thanks for the blessings.
It is the blessing that makes the burden.

I still have my collection of Holly Hobbie and her friends. My favorite doll was Holly’s friend, Heather. She is well loved. :)

Love the little red wagon.
LOL! At our favorite thrift store a few weeks ago we bought our new grandson (yeah, we know, he's only 4 months old) an almost brand new coaster bike. And at another thrift store (can't remember where) Ed found a wooden hand-made wagon for him. |

Good morning, Denise and girls!
Wishing you a wonderful Wednesday! We have had a slight break with the hot temperatures which has been good. There were 3 vegetation fires in the area yesterday that made it difficult to be outside due to the smoke in the air. Thankfully they have all been contained.

| Denise - I just wanted to say that I really appreciated your post on 7 June. It is so easy to get caught up in our busy schedules that we forget to be grateful for the many blessings that we have.
