Happy Easter to all!
Going to a brunch at church tomorrow. Bought a new dress today to go with a hat I got at an estate sale several months ago. I'll be in style! LOL! |

JT just put up a bluebird house. We rarely see bluebirds though. I do see a lot of robins. I'm not sure I've ever seen a bluebird with a red chest like this picture though. |

Still waiting for the previews to be over. The girls aren't happy because we've been waiting in our seats for a half watching these and waiting for the movie to start.

Oh how I Loved watching the Waltons on TV!! Walton's Mountain actually exists right outside of Charlottesville, where I grew up. It is off a rural road and there is a small store right as you turn off that had lots of pamphlets and information about the TV series. I often wonder if that place is still open and if people still want to see where the show was made.
Love that cover of the April 1919 of the Good Housekeeping magazine! I would love to get my hands on a copy and see what topics were discussed and the ads that were in there as well. I love old publications and books!! |
