Dianna, wrote on the main forum that Darlene’s Knee surgery went well and she is in a Splint.
So, happy it is all over for her and she can start to heal. As soon as she is settled in rehab in a couple of days and has a room number I will post her address. Then we can shower her with love.
We will keep her in our thoughts and prayers. |

Hi Wildflowers, I wanted to let you know I talked to Darlene this afternoon.
She sounded great and says she is in very little pain which is wonderful! She sees her doctor on the 23rd and she is going to request 2 more weeks at the Care Center for the PT.
She said she had gotten packages but very few cards, so maybe we can send her some more.
I did talk to the Care Center about her mail, they said she gets it all! I told them about the missing little package. My PO here told me when, where, date and time it was delivered. So they have not a clue as to where it is. So, I told Darlene not to worry about it as I had already made her a new one and it was on the way.
I was just happy to talk to her and know she is doing well.
That’s all I have on this update:-) |

I went to see the surgeon today and it was short but good. I am tired and ready for bed now. Anyway the doctor put me up to 80 degrees to bend my knee that is a good thing and going to be able walk on the whole foot! Yay. It’s a start. I am looking for it too!
They moved me to another wing and room , I am now in the Apple wing, room 9 B. Same address though.
I love your cards and Heather I did receive your card! So pretty! Thanks.
Debbie I let the office know that I had a package coming they are going to check on it.
I will let you know tomorrow. They moved 9 people to another wing today so they were busy. .
