It appears we went from fall to summer and missed winter and spring. We had less than 5 inches of rain; there will be water rationing. I'm still hoping we will get more rain but it doesn't look likely. It was 84 today.

Having no rain is not good. It is to be overcast today. Hoping the skies clear up as we are taking one of the grands out today.

Yesterday turned out nice but very windy. Woke to a dusting of snow and though very little has stuck it is still coming down. We were headed out but we decided to hunker down with warmth and some movies.

It snowed all day yesterday and we ended up with only a little trace of snow. Mostly it just made everything wet.

We had a front push through yesterday and it was blustery but sunny and warming to the low 70s. As long as I was in the sun, it was nice , but the shade was chilly, especially when the wind blew. Today is bright blue skies, much less wind, and warning up to the mid 70s later this afternoon. Tomorrow returns to the low 80s for most of the rest of the week.

Enjoy those nice temps Winnie! It was snowing still this morning. But the sun comes out and it stopped. Not very warm today. In the 20s.

Yesterday I noticed my tulips were starting to peek out, today my world looks like this.

A little rain can straighten a flower stem. A little love can change a life.

Oh wow Julie! I hope Spring doesn't wait to long to make up your way.

We have rain tomorrow through next week. One day of 70s then rain again. They say snow for us this Saturday. They definitely believe in April showers here. Lol

Very windy all day here, too! Not quite as windy right now. The flag is standing straight out, though. LOL!

What a beautiful Easter Cactus Darlene. I can’t grow a blooming cactus to save my soul. I have a really green thumb, but when it comes to Christmas or Easter cactuses not so much.

It is supposed to be in the 50s today and than snow starting off and on tomorrow through Thursday. Guess I won’t be planting potatoes on Good Friday.

I can't get mine to bloom. Just grows but no blooms anymore.

We are watching the snow fall. They predicted it to start right after midnight but I guess the system was slower moving. Not sure it will accumulate any but it's pretty coming down. Don't know if we've lived anywhere that it snowed a week before Easter unless Easter fell in March.

It stopped a bit then started again. Tiny balls of ice blowing sideways. Now big flakes floating down. Still kind of windy. We didn't get much this winter so...

Windy and more windy here! But at least at the moment it is sunny.

Take care

We had a beautiful day yesterday sunny though a bit chilly. Today we are back to rain with a bit of snow forecast for later. I've never lived where there has been snow this late in the year.

Hoping tonight will be our last freeze. Will need to cover up some things. Where are you sunshine? They are saying 80 for Friday to Sunday. I sure hope so.

We had a cold front move in late yesterday afternoon and today is cooler and breezy. Highs in mid 70s and down to upper 40s tonight. All this after we had the AC since last Thursday due to upper 80s and humidity again. Love this brief cool down this week! Our flowers love it too. With sunny days and cool nights, they bloom well and grow. Our heat and humidity just wears everything out by the end of July.
