Well, it is finally here Fall!
How are all of you getting ready for fall and the holidays ahead?
I am just putting out some natural decorations and things I get through the fall and apple swaps. Just can not unpack it all from last year. Still hoping to find that forever home soon.
Whatever you choose to do is enjoy and have fun. The next few months are special months.

| Well I got a wonderful package in my mail today from a special farmgirl friend! It had things I love, stickers and some fun napkins some awesome Raven postage stamps,and pumpkin spice tea! Thank you! An awesome way to start October. I am so grateful for sweet friends thinking of me. I am going with my daughter this week to get mums and pumpkins for my porch. I have my little flag and happy fall hanging pumpkin out. |

Oh, I love your fireplace and mantel Denise, you can tell fall has arrived at your home. I have that same wood statue of the crow/raven, he fits right in anywhere.

Beautiful pictures, girls!!!
It has gotten chilly here in the mornings...some places below freezing. Doesn't make for fun morning irrigating..haha!
I haven't done any fall decorating yet. Maybe tomorrow after church. I have been trying to get settled back into being home after being in Montana for the past several weeks, getting the laundry caught up, getting the bills paid. The nice thing about fall decorating is that it can stay out for a couple of months!
I went with 2 friends today to Sisters, Oregon which is an hour drive away to a Harvest Fair. They had a street full of vendors, lots of handmade things. Caramel corn and fudge! I bought some fudge for the drive home and a bag of caramel corn for my son in law's birthday today. I got a couple of Christmas presents taken care of, too. We had lunch out on the way home. It was a little chilly starting out but warmed up nicely....a beautiful fall day! |

| How does a henhouse go about recruiting new members??? Would you post on the main forum? Or maybe post a shout out to the Wildflower members and see where they are? |

| I'd try and contacts those that are in the henhouse first t9 see if they still have any interest and then go from there. I know membership is required to be in the henhouse. Don't know if any have maybe let their membership lapse. |

I have been trying to contact new Farmgirl I have met. I ask Judy as she is so nice and her Farmgirl name is wildflower it she never could figure it out how to get here.
I guess maybe I did not explain it well. I will try to contact too some of the other wildflowers here.
Oh I would love to go to a Harvest fest and I have always wanted to go to Sisters Debbie. It sounds like a fun and interesting town.
