I posted this on Across the Fence. In case you missed it. I watched "Summer Stock" with Judy Garland and Gene Kelly. Set on a farm in New England. A theatre group stages a show on the Farm to save it. The opening scene is Judy Garland driving a real tractor! I won't spoil it if you haven't seen it. I love the Farmhouse and Barn. They did a good job with their farmhouse props. Made in 1950. I loved it! Connie

I remember seeing that movie some time ago, probably on TCM. I think I'll look and see if Netflix or Peacock has it on. Those old movies were the best.

I have never heard of Summer Stock but now I want to find it so I can see it! I love those vintage movies!

Connie, thanks for the tip about the movie! Have y'all heard that after this mess with bidumb is over...we will go back to 1950's prices. I have read that several times recently...in different places. When I hear things like that I always think of you, Connie.
