Thank you, so much!
I had just planned on a nice, quiet day, maybe sewing this afternoon with some coffee. But I have found that whenever I make plans, the day usually does it's own thing! My 3 year old granddaughter came over this morning and brought me cupcakes that she had baked and decorated and sang me Happy Birthday...it was the cutest thing! I asked my husband what he was fixing me for lunch and he said the local restaurant so that is where we went! I got home and got started on my quilt pieces and my sister, who I never get to see, called and asked if she could come out so I said YES! We had such a nice visit! As she was leaving, my 3 grandsons came in with cards and flowers. So I got to see or talk to just about all of my "people" here...it was a happy and blessed day.
Thank you girls for the birthday wishes and Deb..thanks so much for the card and the sweet little embroidered bag and flower seeds! I have just the place to plant them in my butterfly flower bed whenever it gets warm. Your stitching is wonderful....I will treasure it! |

It sounds like you had the day you were suppose to have Debbie, surrounded by your family.
A day full of surprises and love, how nice your “people” can still surprise.
I hope the rest of your weekend is as Blessed as your birthday was. |
