Darlene went to Washington for the holidays. She forgot her passwords, so she asked me to let everyone know she hopes your Christmas was wonderful and she wishes each of you a HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

I also do not do resolutions. I just want to travel, have fun, de-clutter a bit, and stay in touch with my special farm girl sisters.

Wishing all my SPG a very Happy New Year! Hoping things will slow down just a little bit around here in the new year so I can spend a little more time with my Farmgirl Sisters!
Winnie, loved the vintage print you shared! Simpler times for sure!
Hugs

My new magazine came today. I started at the back. As I flipped slowly through...I fell in love all over again. The recipes are down home type recipes. The roses...I have always loved roses.I could feel that same feeling I had the very first time I read a MJF magazine, when I cried because I was a farm girl cooped up in a building 12-14 hours a day. I enjoyed my job, but I could not find the real me. There was no time for sewing, crafting, digging in the freshly tilled soil. But God had a plan in mind, and now nine years later, here I am enjoying being part of this special sisterhood.
